Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of Truquire, the web application at truquire.com, operated by Radiant HCG ("we", "us"). By using Truquire you agree to them. Text messaging is additionally governed by our Messaging Terms, and data handling by our Privacy Policy.
Who may use Truquire
Truquire is a business tool for authorized users. Accounts are provisioned by an administrator and are granted to named individuals. You must be at least 18 and authorized by your organization to hold an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
What Truquire is
Truquire aggregates public records, licensing data, and information you supply, and presents it to help deal teams track facilities, owners, and outreach. It also provides calling and messaging tools that operate through third-party communication providers.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Truquire to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Share your account or allow access by anyone not authorized by your organization.
- Attempt to access data belonging to another organization or user.
- Interfere with, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Use the service in violation of any applicable law, including telemarketing, privacy, and communications regulations.
You are responsible for ensuring your own use of the calling and messaging features complies with the laws that apply to you, including obtaining any consent those laws require.
Information accuracy
Much of the information in Truquire is derived from public and third-party sources. We make reasonable efforts to keep it current but do not warrant that it is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular decision. Nothing in Truquire is legal, financial, or investment advice, and you remain responsible for independently verifying anything you rely on.
Your content
You retain ownership of notes, files, and other content you put into Truquire. You grant us the limited right to store and process it in order to operate the service. We do not sell your content.
Third-party services
Truquire integrates with third-party providers for communications, email, error monitoring, and AI features. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the relevant provider's terms. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or that creates risk to the service or to other users. Your administrator may also revoke your access at any time. On termination, access ends and data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Radiant HCG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
